Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will offer a substitute if the client is still not satisfied.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the client will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Only goods that have been (a) unused, (b) unopened, (c) not sold out, (d) not on sale or reduced and (e) not damaged may be returned to the provider within 7 days (at the client's expense). No refund, only exchanges of sizes or styles.
First grade school shoes are guaranteed only on factory fault and not due to wear and tear. Factory seconds and rejects are sold as is - no guarantees and no exchanges.
Many styles of shoes that are sold online are clearance stock lines, and are priced at below factory cost. These shoes are sold as is (no guarantees and no exchanges).
All shoes priced at R100.00 and below are sold as is (no guarantees and no exchanges). Freight costs for returning 1 pair will exceed the cost of the shoes.
The shoes that are on sale or reduced, are sold with no guarantee and no exchanges will be done (please make sure of shoe size). Freight costs for returning 1 pair will exceed the cost of the shoes.
Freight costs are not included in the price shown, therefore, keep in mind that this cost will be charged seperately. We try to keep prices very low, and thus we have not included freight cost for any returns in our prices, therefore returns will be sent at the users (purchaser) costs.
